Auto glass repair.

A small windshield chip, a spreading crack and shattered door glass do not follow the same repair path. Identify the window, show where the damage sits if it is safe to photograph and share the exact vehicle. Restart can discuss glass repair or replacement alongside any related body damage.

Start an estimate

If visibility is impaired or glass is loose, do not drive to take photos or bring the vehicle in.

Identify the exact window, damage location and vehicle features. A windshield chip and broken side or rear glass raise different choices; if visibility is impaired or glass is loose, do not drive for a photo or estimate.

Windshield, side or rear glass?

The type of glass and the location and extent of damage affect repairability. Do not assume a repair used for a windshield chip also applies to a broken side window.

Windshield chips

Chip size, depth, location and surrounding damage help determine whether a repair is appropriate. Share a wider view showing where the chip sits on the windshield, not only a close-up.

Cracks and replacement

Some damage requires replacing the glass. The replacement needs to be specified for the vehicle, including relevant features such as cameras, sensors or a head-up display.

Side and rear glass

Broken side or rear glass may be part of a larger repair involving trim, seals or a window mechanism. Mention difficulty opening or closing the window and any related body damage.

More than a piece of glass.

For windshield replacement, identify cameras, rain sensing or display features so the correct glass and applicable system work can be discussed. Camera checks or calibration depend on the exact vehicle and manufacturer instructions. A close photo of the crack alone cannot settle those requirements.

Include in your request

  • Year, make, model and which window is affected
  • A photo locating the damage, if safe to take
  • Camera, rain-sensor or head-up-display features you know about

Confirm before collection

  • The work performed and any system checks required
  • When the vehicle may be driven after installation
  • Care instructions and any remaining follow-up
Discuss my glass damage

Before repair or replacement.

Will a repaired windshield chip become invisible?

Do not expect every repaired chip to disappear completely. Ask about the likely visible result and whether repair is appropriate for the damage, rather than choosing it on appearance alone.

Can I leave immediately after windshield replacement?

Confirm the safe drive-away time for the installation and whether any required system work is complete. Adhesive requirements and installation conditions matter; we do not advertise a universal wait time.

Can glass and body damage be assessed in one request?

Yes. Identify the damaged glass and each affected body area in the estimate notes. Include separate photographs where safe so the work can be discussed together.

Tell us which glass is affected.

Identify the window and send a whole-window view and detail only if safe. Do not touch the crack or handle broken glass to complete the request.

Request a glass assessment

This starts a preliminary inquiry. It does not confirm repair scope, final price, vehicle acceptance or an appointment.
